Customer satisfaction is a key aim for Breakdown Direct. We have a complaints handling procedure in place to ensure that you receive a quick and fair response to any complaints you may have about our service or that of our insurer(s) and business partners, who are all members of the General Standards Insurance Council.

You will be kept informed of what is happening and we will do everything we can to help you. In the first instance your comments should be referred to us via comments@breakdowndirect.co.uk

It is our policy wherever possible to resolve any complaints within 5 working days. If this is not possible, we will keep you informed of progress.

We expect the majority of complaints will be quickly and satisfactorily resolved at this stage. If however your complaint is one of the few, which cannot be satisfactorily resolved, and it relates to a claim or service provided under an insurance policy, we will direct your complaint to the General Manager of the appropriate insurer.
