We telephoned the UK help line given and was told that the local agent would call us within 30 minutes…and they did…..they then said that the breakdown vehicle would be with us in 30 minutes…and they were. We were towed to the FIAT dealer in Perugia where an excellent mechanic looked at the car, saw what the problem was, gave us a price and then when agreed ordered the part and said the car would be ready at 4pm…and it was.
